Happy "National Pet Day"!!!

One more day until the weekend! We started you off with the Thursday song this morning. Talked about Shohei Ohtani's interpreter getting ready to plead guilty, and Shaw shared some cool info about an organ donation awareness campaign happening at hospitals around the country. We had two excellent & uplifting stories this morning - one about a senior dog rescue center holding a "Geezer Gala" for the pooches…and another story about a retired teacher who recently reunited with about 100 of his former students to watch the eclipse. In case you were unaware, today is "National Pet Day", and it's also "National Poutine Day"! The Arizona Coyotes might be moving to Utah next season, and the Chiefs-A-Holic guy is BIG TIME guilty.
