Happy New Year - What's Happening for Bamby Media in 2022

Do you plan out your year ahead?To be honest, I used to not really bother doing it. Especially in the earlier years of my business. I didn't have "goals" that I wrote down and really thought about. I just let it flow and took the opportunities that felt good. That actually worked really well for quite awhile. It allowed me to figure things out as I went because I believe it's important to be super adaptable when you're in the earlier years of business.But as the years have gone on, the family has grown and the business has grown to include a substantial team, I recognised that I needed to have a solid plan. Otherwise it would all get a bit bonkers. In today's episode I give you a look at what's coming for myself personally and professionally in 2022. I still don't set big "goals" in a traditional way. I just have a clear picture on how I want the year to feel, and what needs to be done in the business to create the space for the other things I also want to achieve in life.
