HAPPY SATURDAY!

HAPPY SATURDAY! Good morning Team Fit & Able! I hope your weekends are off to a great start already. Well after nearly a full week of asking, begging, and pleading for someone to email me a question I FINALLY GOT ONE! Here it is: "Why are all the video titles about 'Happy Days'?" The answer is simple, short, and sweet. Every day is a good day . . . . . if you let it be. Don't let things or people get in the way of you having a great day. Each morning you wake up you have one less day ahead of you. Why let people take away the pleasure in your most finite resource? It's entirely within your power to go to sleep each night with another great day in the books. Obviously, not every day will be as great as others but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy it to the extent you can. If you keep your eyes, minds, and hearts open you will see that good things happen every day, even if you have to brush off some bad things to find it. Anyway, that's all I've got for you this morning. Time to get on to the fun stuff and enjoy my day!
