The Paradoxes of Human Happiness-Paradox No. 4: Happy the Hungry Heart "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for rightousness, for they will be filled." Mt 5:6 There is a hunger hat the stomach never feels; it stirs up cravings in both poor and rich, malnourished and well-fed, and no one is ever happy until he finds its true fulfillment. But the sad thing is that we keep 'feeding' it all the wrong stuff! That's what Jesus was talking about here.
