Send us Fan MailHappy World Menopause Day - although most of us celebrate every damn day by feeling 20 degrees hotter than everyone else around them – and spending way too much time trying to remember what we were doing or thinking or saying – by having random aches and pains and itches that seem to come from nowhere – seem absolutely crazy – and then disappear – or by crying or yelling or snapping because… well you don’t even know why – the irritability and the mood swings – and tired, so very tired. So to all of you here in perimenopause or maybe menopause, good job girl, you deserve a day!! Yay on you.
