Harassing the Disabled

Pat shares a phone call from a listener who has multiple chemical sensitivities and is harassed by her local lawmakers. Garbage trucks park in front of her home, purposely spewing diesel fumes into her house. EMS responders arrive late and make fun of her on recorded 911 calls. This is a frightening comment on how government and political characters have little sympathy and compassion for those with non-recognized disabilities.
