Harborside Park Reopens, El Cerrito Drones, Parade of Lights

A newer, safer Harborside Park is ready to reopen in Chula Vista after two years of closure following numerous problems with crime and ongoing security issues. NBC 7 viewers sent in photos of several drones flying above San Diego's El Cerrito neighborhood.
