Gupta serves as Julius R. Mantey Professor of New Testament at Northern Seminary. He has written or edited more than twenty books including the award-winning and best-selling titles Tell Her Story: How Women Led, Taught, and Ministered in the Early Church and Strange Religion: How the First Christians Were Weird, Dangerous, and Compelling. Nijay is a senior translator for the New Living Translation and also serves on the Theological Advisory Council of YoungLife USA.
