Hardeep Kohli Trial Set for October | Belfast News

Comedian Hardeep Singh Kohli faces a high-stakes trial for 20 sex offense charges spanning over a decade, accused of rape and assault involving five women — including incidents allegedly occurring at BBC Studios in Glasgow and a Radisson Hotel. Pleading not guilty, his defense hinges on consent for some allegations. With a packed public interest due to his fame on shows like Celebrity Big Brother and BBC Radio 4, the case is set for a High Court trial in Glasgow next October. Ahead of that, a July preliminary hearing will focus on finalizing a joint minute — a crucial agreed-upon evidence document — as the judge stresses procedural efficiency to streamline the trial.
