from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First, The plaintiff and defendant became friends because they played in the same pool league together. She says the defendant asked her for money for rent and attorney fees, but he hasn’t paid her back, so she’s suing for two unpaid loans. The defendant is countersuing because he claims the plaintiff defamed and harassed him. Then, The plaintiff slept with her ex-boyfriend’s brother not long after she and her ex broke up. She got pregnant not long after that. The ex-boyfriend took a DNA test, and he wasn’t the father. The brother passed away, but she is petitioning the court for a DNA test to see if the defendant, her ex, is her daughter’s uncle. The defendant says he wants to know the truth so his brother’s children can have a relationship with the plaintiff’s daughter. Plus, The plaintiff used to be best friends with the defendant and did everything she could to help the defendant graduate from high school. She says the defendant dropped out and chose boys instead. The plaintiff and defendant went on a trip for her birthday, but the defendant’s hair dye ruined the bedding and stained the bath, so she’s suing for hotel damages. The defendant thinks the plaintiff is overcharging her. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
