She cancelled her spot, and she’s suing for the cost of the trip. The defendant argues the hotel wasn’t an hour away — only about 35 to 40 minutes. She says the plaintiff started harassing her, so she’s countersuing. Then, The plaintiff says she dated the defendant for a few weeks when they were drug addicts. Years later they became roommates, but she was forced to leave and live in her car when he began harassing her, so she’s suing. The defendant admits they were friends with benefits at one point. He says he told her to leave because she refused to pay any rent. Plus, The plaintiff says the defendant is her younger brother, who’s a real mama’s boy. She says she loaned him $4,000 without telling her husband, straining her marriage when he didn’t repay her, so she’s suing.
