Harnessing the magic of our cycle and the sacred NO with Kim Corrigan

from Can't Call Your Mom with Nicole Weston · host Nicole Weston | Motherless mothers navigating life after motherloss

That we have a beautiful superpower within us, our menstrual cycle. And when we understand, connect and tune into it we can live a life in our own unique flow, feeling vibrant, healthy and truly alive. As women, as mothers, we are so disconnected from who we truly are, and I have found through my own work and my work with women, that when we understand how our bodies and menstrual cycle work, and how we can harness the magic of our cyclic nature, life changes, in profound ways.  We have a better understanding of our mental and emotional ebbs and flows throughout the month, we create awareness about our physical well-being, and we feel more deeply connected to who we are and what we need. When all of that aligns, when we live with greater intention and awareness, we begin to embody our fullest potential, and that is the greatest gift a woman can ever receive.  Connect with Kim: Living in Your Flow Facebook @livinginyourflow IG @livingingyourflow Get her eBook on Menstrual Cycle Awareness.
