Harnessing Your EQ Horsepower

Jeff expands on some "motorhead" terminology and how it relates to emotional intelligence.

He starts with the "rolling horsepower," or what is now called rolling resistance. How does this all relate to EQ?

The more weight (emotional baggage) you put on yourself (or in this example, a vehicle) the more horsepower (or your emotional energy) is needed.

Life can add to your emotional horsepower. And the more you need, the more likely you are to run out of emotional horsepower. This is where we need to manage life events. You may need to "pull off the road" to evaluate and determine what "emotional baggage" just has to go.
