She joined Red Hat in 2015 to create an analytics team in the Customer Experience and Engagement organization, and grew the team from three associates in the US to a global team of 24 data analysts, data scientists and engineers. In 2020, she took over the Customer & Partner Experience team to champion and drive the strategic vision of creating a world class, ‘customer centric’ company culture.
