Has Congress become totally dysfunctional? The Senate passed a weak DHS bill and the House told them that it was totally unacceptable. So they passed something with less compromises…but one that the Senate won’t pass. So what good is that? In the meantime the President signed an executive order to pay the TSA workers…which is great…but how about the Coast Guard? They’re still not getting paid.
