Hasan Sadik runs 300 HMO Rooms

Hasan started a lettings agency on 2015 after graduating with a law degree. Hasan now manages over 300 rooms in Kent and South East London. Specialising in HMO management and looking to grow through franchising. Hasan founded the unique HMO management company, Home-Share, and they are currently in their fourth trading year, managing 300+ rooms. They are offering franchisees the opportunity to own their own letting agency, with a strong niche market in HMOs, with all the back office managed for them.   Hasan joins Rick for a cup of tea and a chat about his journey so far.
