Its that time of the week where I write my little thing.  I complain about the world and then try to find some part of the world that is working that counteracts the disfunction that we suffer through.  Today that thing is LICORICE.  What a strange word but what a wonderful candy.  Basically it is just delicious gummy sugar.  I am partial to the red flavors but have enjoyed weird flavors like apple in the past.  It would be fun to make it.  But ive never really made any candy.  Mostly I used to bake.
