Send us Fan MailThis movie is exactly what you think it is. An almost classic movie from 1991 with Mickey Roarke being Mickey and Don Johnson wondering why he isn't the biggest star in the world. It starts strong establishing these rebel characters in a slightly future world. Then come badly paced action scenes and villains that mostly just stand there and shoot guns.
