Send us Fan MailNot sure if Howard the Duck is canon to the MCU. Is the Howard we see with the Collector, the Howard in this movie? Or is this all a Multiverse set up for decades in the making? And to answer the clickbait title of this episode - No, Howard the Duck is not the MCU's greatest film (that would be Winter Soldier.) But Howard is a weird experiment in comic movies that fails pretty much all over the place.#howardtheDuck #MU #comicMoviesComic books. Animation. These things were for kids but now they really drive a lot of Hollywood. And that is a good thing. They are our myths. Our gods. Our stories. And we now have the tech to really bring these fantastic stories to life. And when they work, they are magic and have the ability to move us. When they are bad, they can be infinitely cringey. But the good news is, there are so many comics out there that Hollywood has a lot to pick from and it's gonna be great when we get a good Man-thing horror movie and the Goodwin/Simonson Manhunter gets a mini-series.
