Haunted Marietta, Georgia Redux

Marietta, Georgia is a large suburb of Atlanta. The downtown public square of Marietta was built over a graveyard. That is enough to lead to hauntings, but Marietta also went through the Civil War and was burned by General Sherman. Dead soldiers were piled up in the square. Diane visited in 2014 and took the Ghosts of Marietta ghost tour. Stories of murders, accidental deaths and hangings were shared and there are several haunted location in this quaint town.
