Haunting from Newfoundland | EP: 368

In this episode, we welcome Jen Vallis-Noseworthy (also known as Jen Noseworthy), the dynamic host of the wildly popular Paranormal NL podcast, joining us all the way from Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. A retired nurse turned paranormal investigator and storyteller, Jen brings her unique blend of compassion, curiosity, and courage to the mic. Through her acclaimed show Paranormal NL, she dives deep into ghost stories, hauntings, cryptids, UFOs, and rich local folklore from Newfoundland & Labrador, while also connecting with international guests to explore everything from vampires and cemeteries to ancient legends. Jen is deeply committed to celebrating and supporting the people, places, and culture of her beloved NL. She's also an active member of the Boots On Ground (BOG) team, conducting real-world paranormal investigations across the region and helping promote responsible paranormal tourism. In this powerful and personal conversation, Jen opens up about her latest haunting experiences — including unsettling activity in her own home, a place where she once worked. She reveals how the paranormal doesn't just observe us… it looks back. Most strikingly, Jen shares the serious and unexpected negative physical and emotional symptoms she's experienced following intense investigations. Could these be signs of an attachment?
