Bahn, Bildung, Straßen- und Wohnungsbau: Finanzminister Klingbeil (SPD) hat den Haushaltsentwurf 2025 in den Bundestag eingebracht und die Finanzplanung für die kommenden Jahre vorgestellt. Insgesamt rund 140 Milliarden neue Schulden will die Bundesregierung allein in diesem Jahr aufnehmen.
