Hausu & Gonjiam

Listen up Horror Fiends! The Horror Junkies are back for another week of snacks and shenanigans and this month Patrick pick all Japanese and Korean Horror movies for us to watch. In week three of this weird journey we first watch and discuss Beom-sik Jeong's 2018 release titled Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum, just think of it as a less great Grave Adventures. The next film is one that had an unexpected success when it was release backed in 1977 in Japan, but didn't get a following in the States until 2009 and that is Nobuhiko Ôbayashi's Hausu or House. We literally just had a great time watching this film and can see why it has such a cult following. If you love Metal, then do we have a show for you, recently Dylan launched his other podcast called Metal on the Brain. This show is just 2 guys with heavy metal on the brain (both figuratively one literally) who talk new bands, music and tours coming near you! Deep dives on classic albums, special guests and a look into what we're ordering online from all the old and new labels so you can discover your new favorite artists. Check out their show here and make sure to follow their Instagram and Twitter. As always leave us a review, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, and tell your friends about our show, so that they can join in on the horror. If you have any show topics, movies, comics, or have something Horror related you would like to see discussed on the show, send us an email at [email protected] Want more content?!
