In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Jennifer Koch. Jennifer Koch is an International Style Coach and founder of Stylegasm. She helps people express their true essence through clothing and image. She fell in love with fashion as a little girl, her mom used to sew her special dresses for picture day - sparking her lifelong quest that everyday should feel like a picture day. It’s been quite the style journey….  She dropped out of fashion school (because she hates to sew), went on backpack around travel around the world (via couchsurfing), become an entrepreneur at 25 years old in another industry - until she had her “awakening” - re-remembering her traumas of sexual abuse, and waking up to the fact that fashion IS her calling. She promptly did an “Emily In Paris” and moved to Paris, France to work in fashion, only to find herself instead having the “Devil Wears Prada” experience.  After she got burnt out, she ate some humble pie and moved back home with her parents to regroup.  She then started a new journey in Bali, Indonesia and launched a bespoke fashion brand.
