Jess had a spectacular career winnng gold in the Heptathlon on Super Saturday at the London 2012 Olympics. She was a three time world champion and also won a silver medal in the Rio Olympics. Now she's a commentator, mum, business woman and a keen runner! Jess tells us what she gets from running now she's away from the elite environment. She's also enjoying padel tennis, weights and even hill runs. Thommo reflects on London 2012 and the pressure on Jess as the poster girl from the Games and how she dealt with it and how she's moved on from that.
