Have you experienced Panic Attacks? Dispel the Panic

from Health and Healing Dealing with Trauma and Addictions · host Michael D.

A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger. You may experience a complete loss of control, feeling as though you're on the verge of collapse. Panic disorder often begins in late teen years or early adulthood. Women are more prone to panic attacks than men. What causes panic attacks? Rechearse says it's unclear what causes these attacks or disorders, but there are factors that may play a significant role. Psalm 31:22 NLT states, "In panic I cried out, 'I am cut off from the Lord!' But you heard my cry for mercy and answered my call for help." We may think we're cut off from him in fear or panic mode, but he is never cut-off from us! Anxiety can trigger depression and other behavioral, physical, and mental health issues. It is especially hard if you are dealing with other personal, work, relationship, or family-related issues. Please be aware that it is okay to ask for help.
