Have You Left Jesus Behind?

To “behold” something is different than to merely just “see” it. It goes beyond the mere collection of facts or the observation of an event and speaks into the soul, prompting a response as a catalyst to action. To put it another way, it is an invitational moment established by God where the seeing and implication of what’s being seen, go hand in hand.But if we’re honest, the Christmas story and all the implications it brings, can become over familiar to us. We get busy, we forget, and at times we leave it behind. But the good news is this, much like Mary & Joseph went back to get Jesus in the temple, we too can go back and get what we’ve left behind. We too can behold that He is a light of revelation, the glory of His people, and salvation and redemption for all. Thanks for joining us today!
