Have you met Chef Giulia Lombardo yet?

In this weeks episode we speak with Giulia Lombardo, Chef, TV Host and Producer at Just Giulia Productions. We discuss:- how her passion for cooking stemmed from growing up and working in her families restaurant, Lombardo's Pizzeria- her culinary journey and lessons working with Wolfgang Puck in Europe- behind the scenes of running a restaurant- how and why she started her YouTube channel- how she comes up with fresh and creative content- what is next for Just Giulia Productions Giulia Lombardo, food and content contributor, was head chef at Lombardo’s Pizzeria, a restaurant run by her family and one of Vancouver’s local institutions. Chef Giulia has been in the kitchen since before she was tall enough to reach the kitchen counter.  She graduated from a local culinary school then took her skills to London, England where she worked under Wolfgang Puck at CUT 45 Park Lane, his first awarding-winning restaurant in Europe.  Giulia is passionate about sharing her expertise in the kitchen with others.  She has held a series of kids cooking classes at Bosa Foods and has made numerous TV and media appearances, including segments on Breakfast TV, Shaw’s That Talk Show, and regular spots on CTV Morning Live.  As well as cooking demonstrations in front of a live audience on the cooking stage at the BC Home and Garden show 2017, 2019. Currently Giulia is working on her YouTube  series, “Just Giulia,” where she shares her favourite easy-to-do recipes in fun, short videos which showcase her passion and knowledge of all things food.  Giulia also launched  “Just Giulia Productions” a production company in 2018 where she produces custom cooking videos for various clients including Bosa Foods.  Her motto?
