Have you planned for your end of life care?

Have you thought about your last wishes? How do you want to be cared for when your life is ending? We have a tendency to think there’s plenty of time. And we put off difficult conversations about end of life. Research suggests that most people in the US want to die at home but less than 35 percent actually do so. People die at hospitals, surrounded by doctors, in machines, getting life prolonging treatments they potentially didn’t want. So why do we need to think about our end of life care? And when is the best time to plan for it? Subeksha Poudel reports.
