Having Fun!?

This week we dive more deeply into the concepts of certain emotions; if having fun is underrated, and ultimately agreeing that nobody else should get to define what that should look like for you. From there, we reflect on the role of the past, whether the present moment is all that truly matters, and why being aware of our own privileges is so important. We also wonder whether peak happiness can only exist when there's also discomfort and hardships as a contrast, or if we'd rather trade the highs and lows for a steadier sense of contentment.
