To cultivate joy while seeking happiness, begin by deepening your relationship with God through prayer, worship, and Scripture. Count your blessings daily, allowing gratitude to lift your spirit. Finally, remember to share your joy with others, as it is often in serving and uplifting those around us that we find the greatest fulfillment.
