RFP Podcast #15 – Having trouble getting started? We are an intelligent race and we know, for the most part, what the right things to do are. For many of us, we know what we must do to get to where we want to go. Then how come we are reluctant to do those things? Are we afraid? Are we looking at the long road ahead? Is it just too hard??? Recently I had some of those moments starting up training again and share some of those nuggets here. I also came across this great article from James Clear earlier this week that goes into detail about getting things started. https://jamesclear.com/professionals-and-amateurs These are some great excerpts. “The ability to show up every day, stay consistent & do the work, especially when you don’t feel like it, is so valuable it is literally all you need to become better 99% of the time.” “When I do the things I must do to get better I get better.” There have been a lot of sets that I haven't felt like finishing,
