It's that time of the year. Once again on the 4th of July, we have predictions to make. Tom Kakert is joined by old friend Jon Miller to do a game by game breakdown of the Iowa football schedule and give our overall predictions for the outcome of each contest.  Before we get to the game by game outlook, we have a general discussion about the state of Iowa football and the change at offensive coordinator.
