Whether they are melting down, becoming aggressive, angry, defiant, or avoiding situations/activities due to high levels of anxiety, I'm here to help!As a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, I specialize in working with children who are presenting with symptoms of hyper-arousal (as noted above) and helping them learn regulation skills amidst this activation. I also offer a Play Therapy Immersion for when you are looking to decrease the intensity of the activation now vs over time.If you'd like to receive play therapy services for your child AND support/resources for yourself, please reach out!
