Howard is a Jamaican--born self-care and wellness advocate who uses mindful movement to inspire and instruct busy families to prioritize calm, intentional daily actions. Having survived two open-heart surgeries as a child, and experiencing the death of a close friend in my childhood physical rehab center, I began my journey to inner peace far before adulthood. Later in life, as an engineer, a stunt-man, a father, and a man who always has a side investment or two going, I know firsthand the challenges of navigating an outer life while trying to maintain a peaceful inner life. Today, his personal practice includes parkour (free-running), climbing, meditation, yoga, music, plants as medicine, and love as my religion.
