1935年中華民國駐維也納總領事館總領事何鳳山與副領事周其庠大量簽發救命簽證給奧地利猶太人，許多上海猶太人因此倖存。到了1970年代何鳳山擔任駐哥倫比亞大使任內發生館長貪瀆案，遭免職後逃至美國舊金山居住拒絕返台接受司法調查，遭到監察院公務員懲戒委員會懲戒且遭台北地方法院通緝20年，1997年病逝後訃文方讓猶太人發現其發簽證救猶太人義舉，以色列頒發國際義人獎，但女兒邀請中國大使館參加拒絕我駐以色列外交人員參加，惡劣無比。2015年馬英九前總統不理幕僚單位反對硬頒給何鳳山總統府褒揚令，功過分離。何鳳山整個事情就是功過難分，現在要講的就是這段故事。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
