'He Got Shafted' & 'Can’t Redesign the Friendship' & ' Can’t Graduate to Payment'

from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First, The plaintiff is a transgender man who started transitioning in high school. He and the defendant got married, but they only lasted three years because the defendant cheated on him. The plaintiff loaned the defendant money to help him get back on his feet, but he hasn’t repaid, so he’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant argues the plaintiff is the one who cheated. He doesn’t think he owes his ex. Then, The plaintiff knows the defendant because she was friends with the defendant’s wife. She says the defendant hired her to redesign a room in his home, but he hasn’t paid, so she’s suing for unpaid wages. The defendant argues the plaintiff never gave him a contract and then she overbilled him. Plus, The plaintiff brings her son to court. She says she bought him a keyboard, foot pedal, and Apple Watch on the condition he would pay her back. He hasn’t repaid her yet, so she’s suing. The defendant argues he never agreed to pay his mother. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
