In most cultures we’ve lost the initiation ritual that was once prevalent in many of our culture’s past, the transition from boyhood to manhood. An initiation from childhood to adulthood. This weekend I participated in the mankind project’s new warrior weekend and boy was it tough, rejuvenating, intense, and magical. This episode is about that ritual and the hard work I did rewriting the story that I’m not strong enough. A story I’ve been caring around since childhood. Although it’s still around, I have moved in a direction to free myself to be the man, the father, and the husband that I dream of.
