He is My Refuge - trusting God for protection

Leslie continues the He Is series by unpacking what it means to make God our Refuge. In 2 Chronicles 16:9 we are told  "The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him."
