Darryl and I have known each other since 2010 -- back when I was building up the first 10 doors of my rental portfolio here in Charleston. He had a handful of doors back then too, and now both of our portfolios have grown considerably. Today he owns over 50 doors, a management company that manages over 100 doors (some of which are Airbnbs), and a brokerage of around 20 different realtors.
