Nelson Diaz is a Florida attorney, licensed real estate broker, and lobbyist who earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2005. With more than two decades of experience across law, government, and real estate, he has worked with policymakers, represented affordable and workforce housing developers, and participated in large multifamily transactions while building a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
