何謂成熟、有智慧的比較？

要過正常的生活，許多事情就必須比較，不必逃避或是貶低比較，我們需要的是有智慧的比較。甚麼是有智慧的比較呢？一是避開「不成熟」的比較，了解所有的比較，只是在某一個因緣下的比較，其他方面則不在比較範圍中，不能將這個比較結果，當作是全面性的優勝劣敗；二是掌握「成熟比較」的原則，也就是了解「重點不在於要跟別人一樣好」，而是自己有跟別人「不一樣的好」。只要我們能夠如此，內心將會很溫暖，不會在比較當中受傷，並且可以和別人建立起互助、互補、互相欣賞的關係，這樣不是很好嗎？
