In the movie, Will Smith plays Dr Bennet Omalu, a Nigerian forensic pathologist who fought against efforts by the National Football League to suppress his research on the brain damage suffered by professional football players. The movie is deep, entertaining…yet disturbing. On this podcast, I briefly discuss the movie along with my story of playing football from the age of 8 through college.
