Hassène Aksil, Head of Transactions France & BeNeLux at PIMCO Prime Real EstateAfter graduating from University in Law and Economics, Hassène closes his academic path with a Master in Real Estate engineering.He starts working in Acquisitions, then after a while in Investment management, he joins PIMCO Prime Real Estate where he occupies today the role of Head of Transactions for the French and BeNeLux markets.With his team, Hassène selects very precise properties where to invest depending on a wide range of criteria that projects must comply with : location, risks, ESG impact, tenants' solvency, to name a few.Hassene's message is clear: property is a tangible asset and every real estate actor must feel the market and understand it to grow.
