That means Bart Richmond, Plaintiff-Appellee, vs. Jefferson County Attorney, Defendant-Appellant will have his day in the Iowa Supreme Court on February 11, 2026, at 7 PM, signed by Susan Larson Christensen, Chief Justice. Also, on this episode John shares a timeline on when Sheriff Bart Richmond was placed on the Brady-Giglio list by Jefferson County Attorney Chauncey Moulding as well as when Mr. Moulding was ordered by District Court Judge Jeffrey Farrell to remove Sheriff Richmond from the Brady-Giglio List.
