Headlines: Afghanistan earthquake kills at least 600

This evening's headlines include: A 6.1 magnitude earthquake has killed at least 600 people in Afghanistan, with officials warning the death toll is expected to rise. A software safety fault has prompted federal authorities to issue a recall of more than 7,000 Australian-owned Teslas.
