Headlines: Corruption watchdog clears Scott Morrison over Robodebt

Today's headlines include: Matt Canavan has outlined his agenda as the new Nationals leader, telling reporters, “we have to fight back for Australians.” The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has cleared former Prime Minister Scott Morrison over his involvement in the illegal robodebt scheme, while two others have been found to be corrupt.
