Headlines: IFAB mulling goalkeeper time-wasting rule (Soccer 12/5)

Some major ruling changes are being considered by the sports rule makers, the International Football Association Board. They are testing out a rule that would award a corner or throw-in to the opposing team if the goalkeeper holds on to the ball for more than 8 seconds. Trials have taken place in the Premier League U21 ranks in Malta. The group discuss this deterrent and if it would be successful.
