Headlines: Inflation's unexpected fall

Today's headlines include: Emergency-level bushfires have ignited and residents are being urged to leave amid some of the worst heatwave conditions in years.  The annual inflation rate decreased to 3.4% in November, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). Venezuela and the U.S. have reached a deal to export up to $US2 billion dollars worth of Venezuelan oil to the country.
