Headlines: Iran strikes fuel tankers in Strait of Hormuz

Today's headlines include: Iran has struck two fuel tankers in Iraqi waters in the Strait of Hormuz, raising the number of ships struck in the region since fighting began to at least 16.  Former ASIO boss Dennis Richardson has quit his job with the Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion because he said he was overpaid for the work he was doing.
